In this assignment I chose still life. I took multiple pictures of still objects that I specifically placed. I took multiple photos of different objects but the marbles and figures turned out the best. Aperture: f/16.0 Shutter Speed: 1/80 ISO: 400 In this assignment I learned that the use of shadows is important when setting up for a picture like this the play a big role in how the picture turns out. I used multiple angles and focal points to find the right angle I wanted.

For this assignment we had to take multiple pictures of the same spot with the subject moving in each picture to create a collection of pictures in just one photograph. Using photoshop I created a picture with myself in it multiple times. Aperture: f/3.5 Shutter Speed: 1/30 ISO: 100 I learned to use the laso tool in photoshop to select myself and move it into the next picture. I learned that it was key to have the camera remain still while taking the pictures or else it will mess up the final product.
For this assignment I took a picture of my sister for a portrait. I wanted the main focus to be on her and not anything in the background. I also wanted to capture her emotions while taking the picture. Edit: Crop and change of levels in adjustments. Aperture: f/3.5 Shutter Speed: 1/60 ISO: 1250 I took these portrait photos against a wall so there wasn't much distraction in the background. I felt that the rose was a nice touch in the other photos to add eye candy. I cropped the best image to make both sides even. Also I darkened the face to make it pop more from the lightness of the background.
For this assignment we had to take a photo then edit it in photoshop and make changes to it. The goal for this assignment was to get used to using photoshop and have fun while doing it. In this edit I used the wand tool to cut out the players from the other pictures and insert them into this one. I learned how to make shadows and change backgrounds. I worked with the layers of the photo and became more comfortable using photoshop.
For this assignment we had to take multiple pictures with a tripod and then use photoshop to merge them together into one pano picture. In this assignment I used the tripod to keep a stable ground then overlapped 30% to allow for a photo merge in photoshop. Photoshop was very easy to use and this assignment was fun and enjoyable to shoot.
In this assignment I tried to capture nature as best I could. With the snow on the ground I tried to get a nice shot with either the sunset or the trees with the white on them. Aperture: f/4.0 Shutter Speed: 1/40 ISO: 320 In these photos there was so much light because of the whiteness of the snow. This allowed for me to lower the ISO and make the photo clean. In my best photo I used a big aperture to create a small depth of field to create layers in the photo. I think it demonstrates a true picture of nature.
In this assignment I was trying to take a picture of something up close to show its super small details. I zoomed in on the subject and let it focus and also used the macro setting to help assist me while I was taking photos. Aperture: f/6.3 Shutter Speed: 1/30 ISO: 400 For this assignment we had to use photoshop to use the stamp tool and other brushes to touch up the car and change the background. Below is the original photo followed by my edited photos.
